SWEDISH RELAXATION MASSAGE

This is a light-to-medium pressure standard Swedish massage. Rhythmic, long, flowing strokes are augmented with

kneading, frictional, vibratory and tapping movements. The superficial tissues of the body are primarily effected. Relaxation is induced by sedating the central nervous system, releasing stored tension and increasing circulation of blood and lymph. Very relaxing and soothing.
